I've been alternating Dreaming Cleo with Pearl Orchid. Pearl Orchid has proved
to be problematic for me. I've had to frog several sections because I used the
wrong color. Sigh. My own error, but so much for this piece being a quick one!

I finished the first yarn on my new Lendrum DT. I tried a 2-ply and it turned
out OK. Using the plying head was not as smooth as the regular head, but not
as bad as with the old wheel.

was sad. I love my Lendrum DT folding wheel, but it hasn't been foldable for
several years and it's been pretty wobbly for a while. I was hoping to get it
repaired at some point. Instead, I decided to bite the bullet and buy a new

fiber that I bought at the Taos Wool Festival in 2016.
I finished the singles and vowed that I wouldn't spin Wensleydale again. It
was hard on my hands and not an enjoyable spin. I do loved the colors, though.
