Livin' La Needle Loca

 ...last day of May, already! We have Tiger flowers blooming in the courtyard. These flowers only last one day and its amnazing to watch them go from bud to bloom to dead flower from morning to night. We have had a yellow one: and several red ones: The tecoma is blooming again in the backyard: And the first gladiola has bloomed:

 ...sorry, no photos today. I've been bouncing between crafty projects and updating my website. I've let the site go the last couple of years, concentrating more on the crafts. However, it really needs some attention, so I've been working on it.  ...just a little late. I'm constantly trying to play catch-up with my blog posts. Sigh. Someday, I'd love to get back into a routine. Our foxgloves are blooming: as is the vervain. We have mock orange growing in the middle of the backyard and we have peas growing in the side yard. The clematis is growing up the wall near the bedroom. and the evening primroses are spreading out. I love this time of the year!

 ...and I'm back! I spend 11 days at mom's helping to set up the estate sale and then waiting for it to be done. It went well, but 11 days is way too long to be away from The Husband and my cats. I'm really happy to be home. I did manage to get a little crafting done, but not as much as I wanted. I started Jasmine Mix, another mini from Just Nan.  ...I love this time of the year! The path in our backyard has filled out and there are flowers blooming everywhere. This is the view from the bedroom: And the view from the other end of the path. The flowers in the hanging baskets are going strong. 💗

 ...totally spaced on posting yesterday.   I've been involved in reorganizing my fabric. The cats decided it's fun to pull my fabric out of the cube storage unit and then nest in the cubes. (grrr) I've ordered a bunch of bins that fit into the cubes to contain the fabric. I hope this will make it more difficult to pull the fabric out. I finished the latest bit of spinning to close out April.
