WIP-it Wednesday...

 ...yeah, it's been a while.

I've been dealing with my biggest WIP of all - selling mom's house. The house closed escrow last Thursday and we moved out the last of mom's stuff. My brother and I worked hard to get it done quickly so we could close that chapter. 

The bonus in getting it done so quickly was that I actually got to spend some time with my brother and visit with my aunt.

There are still some major items to handle so I can close out her estate, but this was a pretty big chunk off my shoulders.
